A: Each plant needs its unique care, we always recommend a little research on Google before you make your purchase, but in general, high humidity, indirect sunlight or grow light, and warm comfy indoor temperatures are recommended for most of our collections. If you have specific questions about plant care, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for personalized advice.

Q: What if my plant arrives damaged?

A: We take great care in packaging our plants to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that your plant arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
